Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim

Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim is the current identity of the Vancouver spa formerly branded Willow Stream. It is located inside Fairmont Pacific Rim at 1038 Canada Place, overlooking Coal Harbour.

The operator completed a temporary renovation period in 2026 and now publishes daily hours of 08:00 to 22:00. Guests should use the current Fairmont Spa name when booking, while the old Willow Stream name remains relevant to archived records.

The treatment range includes massage, facials, body treatments and couples experiences. The operator organises services around a ritual-and-recovery concept, but individual treatments and products should be selected for the guest rather than inferred from broad marketing language.

Facilities include a Jacuzzi, mineral bath, steam room, dry or Himalayan salt sauna, indoor relaxation lounges, wellness club and outdoor spa terrace. Some areas are shared and the terrace is weather-dependent.

Guests receiving a treatment are currently invited to use spa facilities for a defined period on the service day. Non-hotel guests can also book limited spa-access sessions on selected weekdays, subject to availability and exclusions.

The hotel's main pool deck is separate from the spa and should not be assumed to be included. Confirm the exact access window, facilities and check-in location in the booking confirmation.

Published spa contact details are +1 604 695 5550 and [email protected]. The hotel front desk has separate contact information.

Fairmont asks for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel most spa reservations and 48 hours for certain longer journeys. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged in full.

An 18 percent service charge is added to services according to the current guest information, and local taxes also apply. Confirm whether a quoted package price already includes these amounts.

Swimwear is required in some spa areas. Lockers, robes and sandals are provided, but guests are advised to leave valuables at home where possible.

Couples massages are priced per person and require direct confirmation of the couples suite. Body treatments shared in the room may need to be the same service to avoid disruption.

Heat and hydrotherapy are not suitable for every guest. The operator specifically limits some facilities during pregnancy; visitors should also disclose cardiovascular concerns, injuries, medication and recent procedures.

Massage and wellness descriptions should not be treated as guaranteed medical outcomes. Ask for a registered healthcare professional when clinical assessment or treatment is required.

Validated spa parking is available at a published rate for a limited period, but parking terms can change. The Canada Place location is also accessible from central Vancouver transport links.

One archived image is currently attached to the profile. Five additional reusable, accurately attributed current Fairmont Spa photographs are needed; hotel images have not been copied without documented permission.

The directory name, hours and facility information have been updated from Willow Stream to the current post-renovation Fairmont identity. Information was checked on 14 August 2026.

Before visiting, confirm the treatment, facility window, service charge, parking, arrival time and cancellation terms directly with Fairmont Spa.
