Sabai Thai Spa Coal Harbour

Sabai Thai Spa Coal Harbour is the brand’s original Vancouver location at 571 Cardero Street, near the Coal Harbour Seawall and Stanley Park. The current location page confirms the address, telephone, email and daily schedule. This profile now identifies the specific Coal Harbour branch rather than presenting the growing multi-location Sabai Thai Spa network as one undifferentiated Vancouver spa.

The official menu centres on Thai, Flow and Fusion massage. Thai massage is performed without oil while the guest remains clothed and uses pressure, assisted stretching and joint movement. Flow is an oil-based treatment combining Swedish and therapeutic techniques, while Fusion combines oil massage with stretching and mobilisation. The branch also advertises customised facials and multi-service spa packages.

Thai massage at Coal Harbour is listed in 50- and 80-minute formats. The operator states that this service is non-RMT and cannot be claimed through insurance. Its FAQ says Registered Massage Therapy is available only at selected other branches and that Sabai does not direct bill insurers. Guests who require an RMT receipt should confirm the practitioner, branch and insurance requirements before paying; a signature spa massage is not interchangeable with regulated massage therapy.

Coal Harbour currently publishes +1 604 568 6227 and [email protected], with opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day. Online booking lets visitors choose a location, service, price and schedule. Walk-ins are generally not accommodated, and the FAQ recommends advance reservations. A credit card may be required to secure the appointment.

The cancellation policy requests at least 24 hours’ notice and says missed appointments without sufficient notice may be charged. Packages and vouchers are described as non-refundable and subject to that policy. Promotional voucher validity and service pricing can change, so check the exact branch, expiry date, transfer conditions, taxes, gratuity and cancellation deadline before purchase.

Guests are advised to arrive about 15 minutes early. Late arrival shortens the treatment while the full price may still be charged. The operator provides attire for Thai massage, maintains professional draping for oil massage and facials, and warns that massage oils may contain nut-derived ingredients. Allergies and other sensitivities should be disclosed in advance. The official Thai-massage page also says the service cannot be performed during possible or confirmed pregnancy.

Tell the practitioner about injuries, recent surgery, acute pain, skin conditions and any issue affected by pressure, stretching or products. Operator descriptions about circulation, mobility, pain or relaxation are not guaranteed medical outcomes. Couple-room availability varies by branch, and the FAQ does not list Coal Harbour among the branches with a standard couple room; confirm any shared booking rather than assuming simultaneous treatment.

The retained photograph clearly shows a Sabai Thai Spa reception with brand signage and is consistent with the Coal Harbour listing, but its rights metadata is unverified. It remains as one legacy archive image. Five more current, rights-cleared images are needed to meet the gallery standard, ideally documenting exterior arrival, reception, Thai-massage setup, oil-treatment room, facial area and accessibility. Official, Google and review-platform photographs were not copied without permission. The official pages do not fully specify step-free access or accessible treatment facilities, so guests needing adjustments should ask the branch directly. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.
