Payment covers the enhanced profile and screening. It does not guarantee an award or a particular position. Eligible paid nominations receive placement priority in rolling selections and can replace non-paid entries when a list is full. How selection works.

The address identifies your property. You are not choosing a city or country award.

City / locality of the property Required Location only. Spa Awards chooses the appropriate selection. Country of the property Required Two-letter country code Required For example FR, IT, TH, GB or US. Postal code Required Enter N/A only if your location has no postal codes. Spa telephone Required Include the international country prefix, for example +33. Type of spa Required Opening hours Required List all seven days, including closed days and appointment-only hours. Treatments and facilities Required One service per line; include your main treatments and facilities. Official treatment menu / price list Required A page on your official website with treatments and current prices.

04 · Nomination evidence

Provide specific evidence of guest experience and operating standards. Write “not applicable” with an explanation where appropriate.

Nomination decisions currently require editorial review. Directory publication does not automatically award a ranking.

Business / operating registration Required Registration or licence identifier and issuing authority. Explain if no spa-specific licence applies. Booking page Required The booking page guests should use. Year the spa opened Required Team qualifications and supervision Required Training, certifications, experience and supervision. Use factual, verifiable details. Hygiene and guest safety Required Cleaning, contraindication screening, staff training and incident handling. Guest experience and service standards Required Consultation, personalisation, feedback and complaint handling. Accessibility and guest restrictions Required Describe actual access, age restrictions and any limitations. Environmental and community practices Required Describe concrete practices. State clearly if none are documented. Signature experience and distinguishing qualities Required Explain what is specific to this property, with supporting details. 05 · Gift vouchers

Offer five treatments as gift vouchers. The public sale price is your stated treatment price plus the existing 20% Spa Awards service margin. Sales activate after operator authorisation and secure Stripe payout onboarding.

Voucher activation is pending Spa Awards' Stripe Connect setup. You may prepare your offers now, but voucher sales and spa payouts are not yet available. This does not affect directory publication or nomination review.
