Spa du Littoral operates at 3710 boulevard Sainte-Anne in Québec City as part of Littoral Hôtel & Spa. This corrects the inherited address inside Hotel Le Concorde, which belongs to an unrelated property. The hotel and spa describe the treatment setting as a century-old house, while Québec’s official tourism directory confirms the same current address and year-round operation.

The spa offers massage, facial and body care, manicures and pedicures. The current massage menu includes relaxation, therapeutic, Momentum, prenatal, lymphatic-drainage, lomi-lomi and focused formats, with different durations and weekday or evening and weekend prices. Menus and prices can change, so the live booking confirmation should take precedence over copied or older descriptions.

Massage appointments are reservation-based. Before paying, confirm the exact service, duration, practitioner, pressure style, products, total price, taxes, gratuity guidance, deposit and cancellation rules. Ask whether time for consultation, changing and relaxation is included within or added to the advertised duration. Couples or side-by-side treatments depend on room and therapist availability and should not be assumed without confirmation.

Québec’s tourism listing also describes wraps, hydrotherapy and aesthetic care, including exfoliation, waxing and facial services. It lists indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, lockers, showers, a terrace, toilets and changing facilities. These amenities do not establish a Nordic thermal circuit, large pool, sauna or steam room. Visitors should ask exactly which spaces are available with their chosen booking and whether hotel guests, day visitors and package holders receive the same access.

Hotel-and-spa packages can combine accommodation with selected wellness services. Read the inclusions carefully: a room package may specify a particular treatment value or appointment requirement rather than open spa access. Secure the treatment time before committing to a non-refundable stay, especially for weekends or two-person visits. Gift certificates and promotions may carry expiry, branch, timing or cancellation conditions.

Massage and aesthetic services are wellness experiences, not guaranteed medical care. Disclose recent injuries, areas to avoid and preferred pressure. Persistent pain, swelling, skin disease or neurological symptoms require appropriate medical assessment. Stop any service that causes unexpected pain, numbness, dizziness, burning or irritation. Terms such as therapeutic, drainage, detoxification or anti-pain in a commercial menu should not be interpreted as diagnosis or clinical proof.

Pregnancy, fever, recent surgery, acute injury, cardiovascular concerns, reduced sensation, allergies, medication and conditions affected by pressure, products or heat should be disclosed when booking. Prenatal massage requires appropriate timing, positioning and practitioner experience. Ask which oils, essential oils and facial or body products will be used, particularly with sensitive skin or respiratory allergies.

The tourism listing confirms lockers, showers, relaxation areas and a changing room but does not establish step-free access throughout the century-old building, accessible showers, door widths, adjustable treatment tables or assistance at every stage. Guests with mobility, sensory or communication requirements should contact the spa with precise questions about parking, entrance steps, internal levels, toilets and treatment-room access before travel.

The inherited photograph shows a modern plunge-pool stairwell that cannot be matched reliably to the current century-old spa and could mislead visitors about available water facilities. It has therefore been removed from the public profile while preserved in quarantine for audit. Six current, rights-cleared images are needed: exterior house, reception, massage room, facial or body-care room, relaxation area and accessibility route. No images were copied from Littoral, Bonjour Québec, Google, Tripadvisor or booking platforms. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.
