Ocelas Spa at Park Hyatt Seoul

Ocelas Spa is the current treatment-spa identity within Park Club at Park Hyatt Seoul, 606 Teheran-ro in Gangnam-gu. This replaces the generic “Park Hyatt Seoul Spa” wording and the old advertising link previously used as the profile website.

The spa is on the 23rd floor and presents treatments using organic products, stones and herbs. Massage and other treatment details should be taken from the current Ocelas menu; techniques, duration, therapist and products can change.

Spa treatments normally operate from 10:00–22:00. Park Club’s pool, dry and steam saunas, fitness studio and changing facilities are listed from 06:00–22:00. These are different services, and a treatment does not automatically establish full facility access.

The official Park Club page identifies scheduled inspection closures for 2026, including 10 September and 8 December. Maintenance notices can change, so recheck the exact date before travelling, particularly when pool or sauna access is essential.

Park Club facilities are generally for guests aged sixteen or older. Children under sixteen may use the swimming pool only with a responsible adult, but cannot access fitness, sauna or changing rooms. Ask how the hotel manages changing for younger pool users.

Contact Park Club on +82 2 2016 1176 or [email protected]. Book the exact spa service in advance and confirm total price, tax, deposit, cancellation terms, arrival time and whether same-day sauna access is included.

The official page refers to complimentary sauna access on the day of participation for certain programmes. Do not generalise that benefit to every treatment, room rate or outside visitor. Request written confirmation of the selected product’s entitlement.

Arrive early enough for consultation and changing, but follow the confirmed arrival time. Late arrival can shorten treatment. Ask whether towels, robes, lockers, toiletries and swimwear are provided or required.

Heat, swimming, exercise and treatment have different risks. Disclose pregnancy, cardiovascular or blood-pressure concerns, recent surgery, acute illness, allergies, medication, injury and skin sensitivity. Obtain individual medical advice where appropriate.

Natural stones, herbs and organic products can still cause irritation or allergy. Ask what will be used, request alternatives where needed and stop the service if there is sharp pain, burning, numbness or unexpected discomfort.

Ocelas treatments are wellness and beauty services, not guaranteed clinical treatment for pain, stress, sleep, circulation, ageing or disease. Marketing language about natural energy does not establish a medical outcome.

Pool and sauna users should follow age, hygiene, tattoo, phone and photography rules communicated by the hotel. A treatment suite and shared wellness facilities have different privacy arrangements.

The hotel address is 606 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06174. Use the Park Hyatt Seoul and Ocelas Spa identity because other Hyatt properties in Seoul and Incheon operate separate spas with different policies.

The profile currently has four published images and needs two more for the six-media standard. Additional media will remain pending until official provenance and reuse permission are documented.

Confirm the spa treatment time, facility entitlement and scheduled maintenance together. A hotel stay or restaurant visit should never be treated as proof of treatment or Park Club access.
