Nest Hotel Incheon Pool, Fitness & Sauna

Nest Hotel Incheon is at 19-5 Yeongjonghaeannam-ro in Wunseo-dong, Jung-gu, near Incheon Airport. The official wellness pages describe fitness, sauna and the Strand pool complex; they do not support the old claim of a conventional massage-and-facial treatment spa.

The third-floor fitness and sauna area normally operates from 06:00–22:00. The sauna undergoes deep cleaning every Monday from 13:00–16:00. Maintenance or hotel notices can alter access, so check the intended date.

Use of fitness and sauna is described as complimentary with a hotel room. This does not establish access for outside visitors, restaurant guests or conference attendees. Confirm entitlement, number of entries and access on check-in and check-out days.

The sauna includes an open-air bath and is gender segregated. The hotel states that infants and young children must enter according to gender. Families should confirm current age, guardian and changing arrangements before booking.

The Strand is a separate year-round heated infinity-pool complex facing the West Sea. It includes a 25-metre infinity pool, quieter pool, hot bubble spa pool, children’s pool, private party pool and outdoor Finnish sauna, subject to schedules and charges.

Strand operating sessions include a closure or break between parts of the day. Pool areas, children’s zones and party facilities can have different hours. Check the live operations-and-charges page rather than assuming every pool is open continuously.

A hot spa pool above 42°C and sauna can be unsuitable for pregnancy, cardiovascular or blood-pressure conditions, recent surgery, acute illness and heat sensitivity. Seek individual medical advice where relevant and leave immediately if dizzy or unwell.

The fitness centre includes cardio and strength equipment. Exercise access is not evidence of supervision or personalised training. Ask whether an induction is available and stop if experiencing chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness or sharp pain.

Children twelve and under require guardian accompaniment for the pool. Infants can have documentation and admission conditions. Confirm age proof, child pricing, swim-nappy rules and which pools are open to younger guests.

The hotel restricts some flotation and sports equipment, requires appropriate behaviour and can impose tattoo-covering rules. Ask about swim caps, rash guards, towels, lockers, outside food and photography before arrival.

“Spa pool” in this context means a heated bubble pool, not a booked spa treatment. Do not invent massage, facial or body-treatment services without a current official menu and provider.

Pool, sauna and exercise are leisure amenities and should not be represented as guaranteed detoxification, pain treatment, stress therapy, circulation improvement or other clinical care.

Before travel, confirm the room benefit, Monday sauna cleaning, Strand session, child rules and any extra pool charge. Treat each facility as a separate entitlement.

Airport transport and hotel wellness access are separate arrangements. Confirm the current shuttle or late-arrival route with the hotel and do not assume transport timing extends a booked Strand session.
