Oriental Fitness Center at Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel

Oriental Fitness Center is the current name of the on-site spa at Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel. The property is at Paseo de la Reforma 276 in Colonia Juárez, close to the Ángel de la Independencia. Using the official spa name distinguishes it from other Marriott and Oriental Spa properties elsewhere in Mexico City.

Marriott’s current overview lists Ayurvedic treatments, facials, body scrubs, wraps, therapy baths, couples massage and a steam room. The hotel also has a fitness centre, an indoor atrium lap pool with a retractable roof and a whirlpool. These amenities appear as separate outlets, so a spa treatment should not be assumed to include access to each facility.

The hotel publishes +52 55 1102 7030. Call before travel for the current spa menu, hours, therapist availability, duration, total price, taxes, deposit and cancellation policy. Confirm whether outside visitors are accepted, whether a hotel room is required for any facility, and whether a booking request is confirmed in writing.

Ayurvedic language can describe inspiration, products or techniques but does not establish that a service is medical care. Guests should ask what the treatment actually involves, who provides it and what qualifications apply. Wellness descriptions are not promises to diagnose, cure or prevent a health condition.

For massage or body work, disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, pain, reduced sensation, cardiovascular concerns and areas to avoid. Agree pressure and positioning before treatment. Stop for unexpected pain, numbness, dizziness, overheating or breathing discomfort. Therapy baths and steam add heat and immersion risks, particularly when a guest is dehydrated, acutely unwell or impaired.

Facials, scrubs, wraps and oils can expose skin to fragrance or active ingredients. Guests with allergies, asthma, eczema, sensitive skin, recent sun exposure or recent cosmetic procedures should request an ingredient check and advice on timing. Patch testing may be appropriate, and strong exfoliation should not be treated as universally suitable.

Marriott’s official page identifies accessible routes from the public entrance to the on-site spa, pool and fitness centre and notes hotel lifts. It does not document every spa-specific detail, including treatment-table adjustment, changing-room dimensions or sensory support. Guests should call the published hotel number to confirm the exact route, toilets, pool entry, room setup and assistance relevant to their visit.

The retained legacy photograph shows a pool associated with Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel, but its capture date, exact current facility configuration and reuse rights are undocumented. It remains only as historical hotel context. Five current, rights-cleared images are still required: hotel and spa wayfinding, Oriental spa reception, treatment room, relaxation or steam area and accessible route. No images were copied from Marriott, Google, Tripadvisor, social media or booking platforms. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.

The hotel is on Paseo de la Reforma in Colonia Juárez. Ask whether spa appointments are available to non-resident guests and whether the indoor atrium pool, whirlpool, fitness centre or steam room are included or restricted to hotel guests. Confirm the spa floor, arrival time, changing arrangements, towels, robe, footwear and lockers before travel.
