Harmonie Day Spa Vancouver

Harmonie Day Spa is an operating appointment-based day spa at 1625 Robson Street in Vancouver's West End. The business presents itself as a Korean-inspired beauty and massage centre established in 1999, serving the Robson Street, West End and Coal Harbour area.

This is not a tropical resort, hotel pool or destination retreat. The current official menu focuses on Korean facials, body massage, body scrubs, wraps, foot care and combined packages. The inherited pool image previously attached to this record had no relationship to the Vancouver premises and has been removed from the published profile.

Facial choices currently include a 30-minute Korean Mini Facial, 45-minute Deep Cleansing Facial, 60-minute Deluxe Facial, 50-minute Acne Facial and 80-minute Korean Facial. Depending on the selection, the menu lists cleansing, extractions, cooling treatments or masks, facial and scalp massage, and work around the neck, shoulders or upper body.

Body care includes a 45-minute back-cleansing treatment, 60-minute detoxifying body wrap, 40-minute body scrub and a 100-minute Deluxe Escape combining scrub and massage. Massage can be booked in published durations from 30 to 120 minutes, with pregnancy massage or foot scrub listed as optional additions. Foot massage and multi-service packages are also offered.

The spa explicitly states that its practitioners are not Registered Massage Therapists unless otherwise indicated. Guests seeking an insurance receipt, regulated treatment, rehabilitation or care for a diagnosed condition should confirm credentials before booking; a relaxation massage at a day spa is not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy assessment.

Online booking requires a minimum deposit. The official FAQ explains how to select a preferred practitioner and how to place multiple services in the same cart without creating scheduling conflicts. For two people or several consecutive services, direct contact is recommended so adequate staff and turnaround time can be confirmed.

The policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A cancellation inside that window may incur a 50 percent fee, and a guest treated as a no-show 15 minutes after the start time may be charged in full. Guests are asked to arrive at least five minutes early; late arrival shortens the service without a discount.

Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. The spa asks guests not to bring babies, children or pets without an appointment arrangement. Its pregnancy wording is ambiguous, stating that pregnancy should be over three weeks for body massage; pregnant guests should therefore obtain appropriate medical advice and ask the spa to clarify eligibility before paying.

The address has no dedicated spa parking. Published daily hours vary by day and may be rendered dynamically on the website, so the selected booking time is the reliable confirmation. Telephone is +1 604 801 5170 and email is [email protected]. The contact form is for enquiries, not bookings.

Disclose allergies, skin irritation, recent procedures, pregnancy, injury, illness and sensitivity to pressure, fragrance, exfoliants or cooling products. The spa asks guests with cold or flu symptoms to reschedule. Prices are explicitly subject to change without notice, so retain the booking receipt and confirm taxes, gratuity, deposit and cancellation amount.

No coherent property photograph remains after the misleading resort image was quarantined. Six current, rights-cleared photographs of the Robson Street exterior, reception, treatment rooms and real services are required before the gallery can be considered complete.
