Zest Spa at Miraflores Park

Zest Spa is the official spa at Miraflores Park, a Belmond hotel overlooking Lima’s coastal district of Miraflores. The spa is on the 11th floor of the hotel at Avenida Malecón de la Reserva 1035. This corrects the inherited directory address, which used a different street number. The hotel’s main telephone is +51 1 610 4000, while the current spa menu lists +51 610 4001, WhatsApp +51 960 257 585 and [email protected] for spa enquiries.

The official wellness page places Zest alongside the hotel’s rooftop infinity pool and fitness facilities, but the treatment rooms are a distinct spa service. The present menu includes the Zest Freestyle massage, Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage and hot-stone massage. Listed durations and prices vary, and the online page may change after this review, so guests should confirm the selected treatment and final amount at booking.

Facial options published by the hotel include So Delicate, Rehydration, an express facial and a facial presented for men. The broader menu also groups body treatments and wellness rituals. Belmond describes the spa as drawing on native Peruvian products and ingredients. That positioning should be read as part of the guest experience rather than as evidence that every treatment uses the same product, technique or local ingredient.

The official spa brochure reviewed for this profile publishes hours of Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00. On Sunday, it gives two service periods, from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Seasonal schedules, public holidays and therapist availability may alter those times. Advance booking is advisable, particularly for longer rituals, paired appointments or a preferred practitioner.

Before a massage, facial or body treatment, tell the spa about pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery, medications, skin sensitivity and any condition that could affect pressure, heat or product choice. A treatment description is not a medical claim or guarantee of outcome. Guests seeking care for pain, injury or a diagnosed condition should obtain appropriate professional advice and explain any restrictions during consultation.

Because Zest operates inside a hotel, non-resident access, changing facilities, pool use and fitness access should not be assumed to accompany every treatment. Confirm what the booked service includes, where to arrive, how early to check in and whether identification or a room number is required. Guests planning a hotel stay should also distinguish the room reservation conditions from the separate spa cancellation policy.

The reviewed official materials identify the spa’s 11th-floor setting but do not provide a complete physical-access specification for every treatment area. Guests needing step-free access, lift dimensions, an accessible changing room, treatment-table transfer support, hearing assistance or fragrance accommodation should contact the property directly before booking. Staff can also clarify taxi drop-off and hotel entrance arrangements on the Malecón de la Reserva.

The inherited hero image showed a tropical open-air terrace and could not be verified as Miraflores Park or Zest Spa. It has been quarantined to avoid misleading visitors. The gallery remains below the six-image requirement. A complete gallery needs six current, rights-cleared images covering the hotel entrance, spa reception, treatment room, relaxation context, fitness or pool relationship and accessibility details.
