Zest Spa at Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel

Zest Spa is located on the 11th floor of Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, in Lima’s Miraflores district. This corrects the former profile, which wrongly placed the spa inside the JW Marriott. Belmond’s current wellness page presents Zest alongside the hotel’s fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool, with the Pacific coast forming part of the setting.

The current spa menu includes a personalised free-style massage, Swedish and deep-tissue massage, hot-stone massage, lymphatic-drainage massage, reflexology and facial therapies. The menu also lists yoga within the wider wellness offer. Services, durations, prices and facility access can change, so the live menu and a confirmed appointment should take precedence over any older award record or directory description.

Belmond publishes spa hours of 09:00–21:00 Monday to Saturday. The menu directs hotel guests to extension 223 and lists [email protected]. The hotel’s current address is Avenida Malecón de la Reserva 1035, Miraflores. Before booking, confirm whether outside visitors are accepted, which hotel facilities are included, the exact treatment duration, total price, taxes, deposit and cancellation terms. The menu recommends arriving 20 minutes early and states that late arrival can shorten the service.

Belmond asks guests to complete a short well-being questionnaire and disclose injuries, illness or allergies. Pressure preferences and areas to avoid should be discussed before massage and adjusted during the service. Hot stones, stronger pressure and specialised massage may be unsuitable in some circumstances. Unexpected pain, numbness, burning, dizziness or breathing discomfort is a reason to stop immediately.

Facials and essential oils can expose skin to fragrance and active ingredients. Guests with allergies, asthma, eczema, recent sunburn or recent cosmetic procedures should request product and suitability information. Pregnancy, recent surgery, acute injury, cardiovascular concerns, reduced sensation and any condition affected by heat or pressure should be declared in advance. Wellness descriptions do not guarantee a clinical result, and spa care does not replace appropriate medical assessment.

The reviewed materials do not confirm every aspect of accessibility inside the 11th-floor spa, such as treatment-table adjustment, accessible changing areas or assistance throughout the service. Guests with mobility, vision, hearing, sensory or communication requirements should ask the hotel about step-free arrival, lifts, accessible toilets, room dimensions, transfers and staff support.

The inherited outdoor photograph depicts a tropical low-rise spa and is inconsistent with Zest’s verified location inside an urban high-rise hotel in Lima. It has been removed from the public profile while the file remains preserved for audit. Six current, rights-cleared images are required: hotel or spa wayfinding, reception, treatment room, relaxation space, Pacific-facing context and accessible arrival route. No images were copied from Belmond, Google, Tripadvisor, social media or booking platforms. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.

On arrival, identify the spa reception rather than assuming that a hotel or pool reservation includes treatment access. Belmond says robes, towels and sandals are supplied and recommends leaving valuables in the room safe. Guests combining a treatment with the rooftop pool, fitness centre or another hotel experience should confirm access rules, opening hours and transition time for each facility separately.
