The Spa at The Ocean Club is located within the Four Seasons resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Set in the property’s Versailles-inspired gardens, it is organised as eight private Balinese-style treatment villas rather than a conventional corridor of treatment rooms. Each villa has its own garden and outdoor bath.

At the review date of 30 August 2026, the official Four Seasons page states that the spa is closed through 7 October 2026 and invites guests to contact the concierge for reservations beginning 8 October. Travellers should not rely on normal hours until the operator confirms reopening. After reopening, the published schedule is daily from 10:00 to 18:00.

The official Ocean Ritual option can add private villa time with a hydrotherapy bath, waterfall shower, refreshments and an outdoor day bed. These additions are separately reserved experiences and should not be assumed to accompany every massage or facial. Confirm whether post-treatment villa time is included in the booking.

The massage menu includes the Bahamas Rhythm Massage, coconut-poultice massage, Balinese and Swedish techniques, hot-stone work and deeper-pressure options. Durations vary. Pressure, stretching and target areas should be adapted during consultation, particularly for injury, pregnancy or restricted mobility.

ELEMIS products feature across the facial and body menu. BIOTEC facials may use microcurrent, light, oxygen or ultrasonic equipment, while other facials rely on manual application and massage. Commercial claims about lifting, detoxification or cellular effects are not guaranteed medical results.

Body services include polishes, wraps and longer journeys that combine several treatments. Hair styling, scalp care, manicures and pedicures also appear in the official offer. When booking a multi-service journey, verify the sequence, breaks, total time and which components can be modified.

The published policy requires adult treatment guests to be at least 18. Selected spa services are available for teenagers aged 13 to 17, while salon services may be available for children and tweens aged 5 to 12. A parent or guardian should confirm the current consent and supervision rules.

Four Seasons recommends arriving 15 minutes before the appointment and asks for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellation. A later cancellation can be charged at the full treatment price. Online menu prices are base rates that can vary by date and time. The policy states that prices include 10 percent value-added tax and that a 20 percent service charge is applied in place of gratuity.

A spa service supports leisure and relaxation; it does not replace care from a qualified health professional.
