On The Park Rejuvenation Day Spa

On The Park Rejuvenation Day Spa is the current on-site spa at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. The inherited title, “The Spa at Parkside,” does not match the venue's official name. The hotel address and award source indicate the same spa, so the association is retained while the public title is corrected.

The spa is on level 22 of the hotel at 161 Elizabeth Street, overlooking Hyde Park. Its official pages describe modern and traditional treatment rituals delivered by therapists who consult with guests and tailor the service. Current examples include aromatherapy massage, classic massage, hot-stone therapy, facial experiences, body scrubs and wraps.

Guests booking a spa treatment are invited to use the indoor rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor terrace. These amenities are part of the broader hotel wellness level, which also includes Sheraton Fitness. Confirm the access window, whether facilities are included before or after the treatment, and any conditions for non-resident guests.

The spa's own site currently lists Monday 10:00 to 18:00, Tuesday closed, Wednesday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Holiday schedules and special-event access can differ, so check the appointment confirmation rather than relying on general hotel hours.

Reservations and enquiries can be made on +61 2 9286 6830 or at [email protected]. Before booking, request the exact treatment, duration, therapist preference, price in Australian dollars, weekend or public-holiday surcharge, deposit, cancellation terms and the facilities included. Ask whether a couple room or accessible treatment room is required. Allow extra time for hotel arrival, lifts, changing and the pre-treatment consultation.

Current official material references products from Aromatherapy Associates and Codage Paris. Product ranges can change. Disclose allergies, fragrance sensitivity, pregnancy, recent procedures, injury and any condition affected by pressure, heat or active skincare ingredients. Request a patch test where appropriate and seek medical advice for contraindications.

Use the sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi conservatively, stay hydrated and leave immediately if dizzy or unwell. Confirm supervision, water temperature, swimwear requirements, lockers, towels and footwear. Alcohol and intense heat should not be combined, and spa services are not medical treatment.

The hotel publishes broad accessibility information, but the exact treatment-room route and equipment should be checked with the spa. Ask about step-free access, lift dimensions, changing rooms, pool-entry assistance, handrails, treatment-table height and adapted positioning. Inform the team in advance so the appointment can be planned safely.

Parking and hotel access are separate practical questions. Confirm the vehicle entrance, valet or self-parking charge and public-transport route, especially for evening or weekend appointments.

The inherited photograph showed the exterior courtyard of an unrelated property and did not resemble the high-rise Sydney hotel. It has been removed. Official current images exist, but Spa Awards has no documented reuse licence. Six rights-cleared images are required, ideally showing the level-22 entrance, reception, treatment room, rooftop pool, sauna or steam room and Hyde Park terrace.
