The Day Spa by Chuan is the current name of the spa inside The Langham, Sydney at 89–113 Kent Street in Millers Point. The operator describes it as an underground sanctuary on the hotel's sub-basement level. The revised name replaces the generic “The Langham, Sydney Day Spa” label and connects the profile to the venue now published by the hotel.

The spa presents bespoke wellness treatments alongside German BABOR skincare products and Chuan's Five Elements framework. Its online questionnaire is intended to guide product and treatment selection through preferences and sensory testing; it is not a medical assessment. Guests should discuss objectives, preferred pressure, products, allergies and relevant health information with the spa team before choosing a treatment.

Current published hours are 07:00 to 21:00 daily, with treatments offered from 10:00 to 19:00. On public holidays the facility hours are 07:00 to 19:00 and treatment hours 10:00 to 18:00. The treatment listing states that public-holiday appointments and voucher redemptions incur an AUD 50 surcharge per person. Prices and schedules can change, so the confirmation should show the final charge.

Advance reservations are recommended and can be held with a credit card, gift voucher or hotel room number. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment. Changes and cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice; the operator states that no-shows, late cancellations or late amendments can be charged the full treatment fee and that packages and products are non-refundable.
