The Baray Spa

The Baray Spa is the treatment spa at Sawasdee Village in Kata, Phuket. The official resort presents a broad menu influenced by Thai and Ayurvedic traditions and begins each visit with a consultation.

Current opening hours are 10:00 to 22:00 daily. A long package needs an earlier start, so closing time should not be interpreted as the final appointment time.

The published menu includes traditional Thai massage, Oriental Thai massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot herbal compress, head-back-shoulder work and foot reflexology.

Thermal and water-based options include Thai herbal steam and a Vichy shower. These may appear as stand-alone menu items or as preparation for another treatment.

The named signature is Kesa Release, a 90-minute head, back and shoulder treatment. Visitors should discuss pressure and scalp or neck sensitivity during consultation.

Body-care choices include several exfoliations and wraps, while the facial section lists hydration, rebalancing, sensitive-skin, rejuvenating and firming formats. Product suitability should be confirmed individually.

Multi-hour packages combine selected treatments into longer sequences. Ask for a written itinerary, because the published duration may include consultation, bathing, changing, refreshments or rest as well as hands-on care.

Some packages or promotions may include food at Sawasdee Thai Cuisine. Dining is not an automatic inclusion with every spa booking and dietary needs should be raised before payment.

The live menu displays prices in Thai baht. Promotions and package prices can change, so visitors should confirm the exact treatment, duration, number of guests, discount and final amount on the booking date.

A current promotion page gives a 100% deposit condition and a nine-hour cancellation threshold for that offer. This should not be generalised to every standard treatment; request the terms attached to the selected rate.

The official spa page publishes WhatsApp +66 84 059 7570 and [email protected]. These are the most direct contacts for treatment and access questions.

The verified address is Sawasdee Village, 38 Katekwan Road, Karon, Muang, Phuket 83100, Thailand. This corrects the former record's number 36.

Ask whether the appointment is open to non-resort guests, where reception is located, when to arrive and whether changing facilities, robe, towel, steam or other resort amenities are included.

For a couple or group booking, confirm simultaneous start times and room configuration. A package priced for two should state whether both guests receive the same services and duration.

Disclose pregnancy, allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivity, skin conditions, recent sunburn, recent surgery, injury, medication and heat sensitivity. Herbal steam, essential oils, scrubs and hot compresses may require adaptation.

Agree therapist gender, draping, pressure and areas to avoid before treatment. Stop if pressure, stretching, heat, water jets or products cause pain, dizziness, numbness, burning, irritation or distress.

Claims in legacy copy about labyrinth design, chakra suites, proprietary products, therapist tenure and guaranteed detoxification were not supported by the accessible current official pages and have been removed.

The Phuket award association remains consistent. This revision focuses on the verified venue, menu structure, current schedule, corrected address and practical booking questions.

Four archived images remain attached, leaving two required for the six-media target. No Sawasdee Village image has been copied without documented reuse permission.

Before visiting, confirm the live menu, access, price, deposit and cancellation terms with The Baray Spa. This profile reflects official information checked on 14 August 2026.
