The centre is open Monday to Saturday, with hours that vary slightly by day, and appointments can be requested through its dedicated online booking system or by telephone.

The centre should not be understood as a hotel spa or thermal complex. The reviewed sources describe treatment rooms and a programme of practitioner-led therapies, not a pool, sauna circuit or all-day wet-spa experience. Its broadest established category is massage: the current menu includes traditional Thai massage, relaxing Thai oil massage, sports-focused Thai work, back and foot sessions, couples treatments and formats adapted for families. There are also separately presented therapeutic, Ayurvedic and facial massage categories.

Traditional Thai sessions are described as clothed treatments using pressure and assisted stretching, while oil-based treatments place more emphasis on relaxation. Sports Thai massage is marketed for people with physically demanding routines. These descriptions explain technique and intended experience; they are not a guarantee of a clinical outcome. Clients should agree on pressure, positioning, clothing and focus areas before the session and should speak up if any movement or pressure feels inappropriate.

The therapeutic programme includes personalised massage, manual lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, deep-tissue work, maderotherapy, visceral massage and other named approaches. Availability is practitioner-dependent: the official therapeutic page explicitly notes that at least one listed technique may be unavailable at a given time. The centre also works with independent therapists, so the person delivering the treatment, professional recognition, fees and booking conditions should be confirmed for the selected appointment rather than inferred from the general menu.

Some services are presented as eligible for possible reimbursement through Swiss supplementary insurance when delivered by an appropriately recognised ASCA or RME practitioner. Reimbursement is not automatic. Beyond massage, the current site lists Ayurveda, acupuncture, facial techniques, singing-bowl concerts, sound experiences, workshops and occasional events. These are distinct services with different practitioners and purposes. A massage reservation does not automatically include acupuncture, sound therapy or an event, and promotional wellness language should not be read as a diagnosis or substitute for medical care. Ask what the booked duration covers, whether consultation or changing time is included and what cancellation rules apply.

The central Geneva location is practical for an appointment-led visit, but the reviewed pages do not establish step-free access, lift dimensions, accessible toilets or adjustable treatment tables. Anyone who needs an accommodation should contact reception before travelling.
