Taleon Spa at Taleon Imperial Hotel

Taleon Spa is the wellness complex of Taleon Imperial Hotel, a historic palace hotel in central Saint Petersburg near Nevsky Prospekt and the Moyka River. The spa occupies the sixth floor and is presented as part of the current hotel experience.

The official hotel site documents a 22-metre indoor pool beneath a glazed roof, sauna facilities and a fitness room. It also lists a salt room and a separate Eliseev bath complex on the second floor, which should not automatically be assumed to be included with ordinary pool access.

The hotel’s related material describes the sixth-floor complex with Finnish and infrared saunas, a seasonal sun terrace, gym and pool bar. The bath complex has a separate identity and can include its own pool, Russian steam room, Finnish sauna, hammam and massage room.

Registered hotel guests are described as receiving complimentary use of the main pool, saunas and gym. Room-rate inclusions can change, however, and specialist services, bath-complex hire, massage, salt-room sessions or beauty treatments may carry separate charges.

The public-facing hotel location is commonly given as Nevsky Prospekt 15, while the official Russian accommodation register records the classified property at Bolshaya Morskaya Street 14, building A. These refer to the same historic complex and different street-facing access points.

The current official site warns that direct room booking can be temporarily unavailable. That notice does not by itself establish a spa closure, but visitors should telephone the hotel before travel to confirm that the spa is operating and accepting the desired access category.

Use the hotel’s current official website for operational notices. The tourism registry lists +7 812 324 99 11 and +7 812 324 99 44 for the classified hotel. Confirm any payment link or alternate number before sending money.

Ask whether the visit is limited to resident guests, available as a day visit, or attached to a treatment or bath booking. Also confirm opening hours, pool maintenance, mixed or gender-specific areas and any age restrictions, since these details are not fully published on the current site.

Arrive early for reception and changing. Confirm what is supplied, including robe, towel, slippers and locker, and ask which swimwear or footwear rules apply. The pool, saunas and separate bath complex may have different operating procedures.

Review cancellation, prepayment, rescheduling and no-show terms before booking any paid service. Do not rely on old international hotel brochures for current prices, menus or cancellation rules.

Disclose pregnancy, allergies, medication, injuries, recent procedures, skin sensitivity and areas to avoid before any massage or body service. Ask about pressure and products, and stop if the treatment causes sharp pain, burning or numbness.

Heat, steam and temperature contrast can be unsuitable for cardiovascular or blood-pressure conditions, pregnancy, acute illness, recent surgery or heat sensitivity. Seek personalised medical advice where appropriate and leave the area if dizzy or unwell.

Statements about restoration, immunity, salt-air effects or detoxification should not be interpreted as guaranteed medical results. Taleon Spa is a hotel wellness facility, not a substitute for diagnosis or prescribed healthcare.

Guests who require step-free access, adapted changing, pool-entry assistance or shower seating should contact the hotel in advance. A protected historic building may create routes or constraints that are not shown in promotional images.

The profile currently contains one image, leaving five required for the six-media standard. Additional photographs remain pending until the hotel or another authorised rights holder provides documented provenance and reuse permission.

Reconfirm the hotel’s current operating status, the entrance to use, spa hours, guest eligibility and exact inclusions shortly before visiting. Treat the sixth-floor spa and second-floor bath complex as separate services unless the booking explicitly combines them.
