Dreams Spa at Dreams Karibana Cartagena

Dreams Spa is the current spa at Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort. The resort occupies the same Karibana property formerly operated as Conrad Cartagena, which closed and was later remodelled and reopened under the Dreams brand. The inherited “Spa Natura at Conrad Cartagena” name is no longer current; this profile preserves the record continuity while directing visitors to the verified present operator.

The official spa page lists ten treatment cabins, a private pool, steam room, sauna and the Revive Bar relaxation lounge. Services highlighted include body treatments, couples’ massages, children-friendly massages, manicure and pedicure. The resort’s activities page also mentions facials, wet areas and selected experiences such as a couples’ treatment in a cabin or on the beach. Availability and age conditions should be confirmed for the chosen date.

Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes before an appointment. The spa says it provides a robe and sandals and recommends bringing a swimsuit for the hydrotherapy circuit. Confirm whether hydrotherapy access is included with the booked service, how long it may be used and whether hotel-resident or day-visitor rules differ. Resort accommodation inclusions and paid spa services should not be treated as the same product.

The current cancellation policy requires at least four hours’ notice for a cancellation, time change or treatment change. Otherwise, a 50 percent charge may be applied to the room or credit card. Prices, taxes, gratuities and resort inclusions are not reproduced here because they can change. Use the official booking channel and retain the written confirmation for the selected treatment and total.

The spa asks guests to tell the manager and therapist about allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy and any need for special assistance. Drink-water guidance and treatment descriptions are general guest information, not medical advice. Anyone with a recent procedure, acute condition or concern about heat, pressure or products should seek appropriate advice and discuss restrictions before using the hydrotherapy circuit or treatment facilities.

The resort is at Anillo Vial kilometre 12 between Manzanillo del Mar and Punta Canoa in Cartagena’s northern zone. The official contact page publishes +57 605 651 7220 and [email protected]. Ask whether outside guests may book the spa, how to reach the spa after resort security and what identification or deposit is required.

The official materials do not provide a complete physical-access specification for all ten cabins and wet areas. Guests needing step-free access, pool lift information, an accessible changing room, treatment-table transfer support, hearing assistance or a companion should obtain precise confirmation. Wet surfaces and heat facilities can introduce additional access and safety considerations.

The inherited photograph showed a hotel bathroom with unrelated branding and could not be verified as the former Conrad, current Dreams resort or spa. It has been quarantined. The gallery remains below the six-image requirement until rights-cleared current images document resort arrival, spa reception, treatment cabin, wet areas, relaxation lounge and accessibility context. Hyatt, Google and review-platform images were not copied without permission. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.
