Sky Resort Spa ‘Pulau Bulan’ is located on the 22nd floor of the JR Tower hotel complex in Sapporo, approximately 100 metres above the city. The official hotel page says its natural hot-spring water is drawn from about 1,000 metres below the south exit of JR Sapporo Station.

Scheduled closure: the hotel states that all spa facilities and services will be closed from 2 through 21 November 2026. On 1 November, the hotel-guest early bath is scheduled from 06:00 to 09:00, but regular operations from 12:00 to 23:00 will be closed. On 22 November, the early bath will be closed and regular operations are scheduled to resume from 12:00 to 23:00.

Outside that maintenance period, regular hours are published as 12:00 to 23:00, with last admission at 22:30. A hotel-guest-only morning session is normally listed from 06:00 to 09:00, with last admission at 08:30. The morning session is limited to the hot spring and jet bath.

The spa is for adults aged 18 and over. Separate men's and women's areas include baths, a cold plunge, showers and sauna facilities; the page distinguishes a dry sauna and a mist sauna between the areas.
