The current Lotte Hotels presentation uses the name ‘retreat SIGNIEL’ and describes a private high-rise spa focused on facial and body care. The former record’s generic ‘Signiel Spa’ name is updated to match this identity.

The spa currently uses programmes associated with Swiss brand Les Nouvelles Esthétiques and French brand Bernard Cassière. Published menus include signature facial-and-body combinations, body programmes, customised additions, wrapping, warm-stone services, aqua-aroma bathing and scalp or hair care. Exact treatments, durations and prices should be read from the current menu because the offer can change.

The spa’s location is the 86th floor. Published opening hours are 10:00 to 22:00, and the official spa enquiry numbers are +82 2 3213 1383 and +82 2 3213 1384. The hotel occupies floors 76 to 101 of Lotte World Tower at 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The hotel’s sauna, fitness centre and pool are separate facilities with separate contact information. A retreat SIGNIEL treatment should not be assumed to include sauna, pool or fitness access. Guests should request an itemised confirmation showing treatment-room and facility inclusions.

The menu uses language about detoxification, circulation, fatigue, pain, metabolism and body contouring. This directory records the service formats but does not validate those physiological or medical claims.
