Park Club Health & Day Spa is the spa and fitness facility inside Park Hyatt Melbourne at 1 Parliament Square, off Parliament Place. This replaces the inherited Point Cook address, which is not the hotel location. Hyatt currently presents the venue as a combined day spa, private health club and hotel amenity in central Melbourne.

The treatment menu includes relaxation and tension-relief massage, hot-stone massage and a pregnancy-specific format available only in the second and third trimesters. Facial services use the Omorovicza range and include several durations and skin-focused formats. Body care includes wraps, exfoliation and hydrating rituals. Salon and wedding preparation services may also be arranged. Facility access can include a 25-metre indoor lap pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
