Paramatma Healing Cusco

Paramatma Healing is an appointment-only massage and holistic-practice studio at Choquechaca 338 B in Cusco, about three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The official site describes a project founded in Cusco in 2010 and currently publishes massage, energy-practice and yoga-related services. The address and direct WhatsApp contact are confirmed on its current contact page.

The conventional massage menu includes customised, therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports, full-body, relaxation, pre- and post-trek, Thai and shiatsu sessions, as well as couples massage. The business says a couples room is available. Some sessions combine massage with Reiki or other energy-practice language. These are the provider’s descriptions, not independent evidence of clinical effectiveness.

Cusco’s altitude and trekking context feature prominently in the marketing. Massage may be chosen for relaxation after travel, but it is not a diagnosis or treatment for altitude illness, injury or chronic pain. Headache, severe breathlessness, confusion, chest pain, fainting or worsening symptoms at altitude need appropriate medical attention. A massage appointment should never delay urgent care or substitute for acclimatisation advice.

The site also advertises sensual, tantric and psychedelic-associated experiences. Spa Awards does not endorse, verify or recommend illegal drug supply, intoxicated bodywork or any activity that compromises informed consent. Drug law, health risk and professional regulation vary. Do not attend a bodywork session while impaired, and do not accept a service unless boundaries, sobriety, practitioner identity, privacy and the ability to withdraw consent are clear. Seek regulated medical advice for substance-related or mental-health concerns.

For a standard massage, contact the studio by WhatsApp message on +51 987 138 380 or email [email protected]. The contact page specifically asks visitors not to call and says visits are by appointment. Confirm the exact service, duration, total price, practitioner, room, clothing or draping, cancellation terms and payment method in writing.

Before the appointment, disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, acute injury, fever, reduced sensation, skin conditions, allergies and any area that should not be touched. Agree on pressure and consent signals. Stop immediately for unexpected pain, numbness, dizziness, breathing difficulty or distress. Thai and shiatsu sessions may be performed clothed and can include pressure or assisted movement, so guests should ask how the session will be adapted to their mobility and comfort.

Accessibility information is not adequately published. Ask about stairs, step-free entry, doorway widths, an accessible toilet, transfer space, the height of the treatment table or floor mat and whether work can be adapted to a seated position. Travellers affected by altitude or limited mobility should consider the route from the Plaza de Armas as well as the treatment room itself.

The retained legacy image visibly carries Paramatma branding and shows bodywork in the studio context, but its creation date, credit and licence were not recorded by the former CMS. It is therefore historical evidence only, not proof of the current room or every service. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.

One exact, branded legacy image is retained as historical visual evidence, but its date and licence are undocumented. Five further rights-cleared current images are required; website, Google, Tripadvisor and social-media images were not copied.
