Onsen Hot Pools & Day Spa is at 160 Arthurs Point Road, about a ten-minute drive from central Queenstown. It combines private hot-pool experiences with a separate day-spa treatment programme.

The Original Onsen is a cedar-lined private pool reserved for one to four guests. A soak-only booking lasts 60 minutes including changing time, and the water is described as approximately 38.3°C.

Oval Onsen pools are designed for one or two guests and are emptied and refilled for each booking. Pool-and-treatment packages use a 45-minute soak before a one- or two-hour treatment.

Tri-Bathing combines a private steam shower, hot pool and cold plunge for one or two guests. Heat and cold exposure require individual caution and should not be treated as medical therapy.

Treatment-only reservations do not include a soak. The current treatment-only product is for two guests and offers one- or two-hour face or body treatment options.

The venue is open from 09:00 to 23:00, but availability is controlled by bookable sessions and popular times can sell out. A general opening hour does not guarantee walk-in access.

For Original soak-only sessions, children aged 5 to 11 are allowed before 17:00 with a paying adult, under-fives are not permitted, and evening sessions are restricted to ages 12 and over.

Treatment rooms are restricted to guests aged 16 and over. Guests aged 16 or 17 have a limited treatment selection, so age must be declared during booking.

The venue does not recommend hot-pool bathing during pregnancy and asks guests to consult their doctor. Treatment suitability also depends on trimester and service; first-trimester massage is not offered in the cited package guidance.

A complimentary shuttle operates for many booking times from Bus Stop D at Camp and Shotover Streets. Seats are limited, booking is essential and missed transport may result in forfeiting the appointment.

The shuttle does not collect from individual accommodation and is unavailable for groups of ten or more. Self-drive visitors should confirm parking and arrival time.

Pool packages can include towels, robe, a drink, snack and post-treatment refreshments, while soak-only inclusions differ. Check the exact product rather than transferring inclusions between packages.
