Momiji Onsen & Spa

Momiji Onsen & Spa is an operating wellness centre in Ao Nang, Krabi, Thailand. Current destination information places it at 376/5 Ao Nang and identifies both onsen and spa services. This replaces the earlier dossier's conflicting 168 Moo 2 address.

The name references Japanese bathing culture, but guests should ask the operator to explain the exact facility offered at this location. An onsen-inspired bath outside Japan is not necessarily fed by a natural geothermal spring and should not be described as one without water-source evidence.

The currently published schedule is 11:00 to 23:00 from Thursday through Tuesday, with Wednesday closed. Hours can change around holidays, maintenance or private bookings, so confirm the date before travelling.

The listed telephone is +66 96 298 3556. Use the current operator channel to confirm the service menu, available appointment times, treatment duration and final Thai-baht price. Do not rely on archived promotional packages as permanent offers.

Before choosing a bathing session, ask whether the bath is private or shared, how water is refreshed, the temperature range, time limit and whether showering is required before entry. Confirm towel, robe, locker and changing-room provision.

Heat exposure is not suitable for everyone. Guests with cardiovascular conditions, fainting history, fever, acute illness, pregnancy or medication affecting circulation should seek appropriate advice and tell staff before using hot-water facilities. Avoid alcohol before bathing and leave immediately if dizzy or unwell.

If massage is booked, clarify the technique and desired pressure. Disclose injury, recent surgery, skin infection, pregnancy and any area that should not be treated. Massage is a wellness service and does not diagnose or cure migraine, chronic pain or another medical condition.

For scrubs, oils or aromatic treatments, ask for ingredients and disclose allergies or sensitive skin. A patch test may be appropriate for unfamiliar products. Guests can refuse an add-on or product and can pause or stop a session.

Couples and group visitors should verify whether they will share a room, bath or waiting area. Privacy, therapist preference and gender requests should be agreed before payment rather than assumed from photographs.

Ao Nang traffic and local transport can affect arrival. Ask about parking, landmark directions and the recommended check-in time. Late-arrival, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms should be recorded with the booking.

The previous profile contained precise claims about private tubs being drained after every guest, water enriched with specific extracts, smart temperature presets and a specialist migraine treatment. Those details were not substantiated by the current sources and have been removed.

Four archived images are attached to the profile. Their subject consistency should be retained under review and their licensing metadata remains incomplete. Two images from the operator or tourism pages have not been copied without documented reuse permission.

Information was checked on 14 August 2026. This dossier confirms an active onsen-and-spa business and its practical location information, while avoiding unsupported medical, hygiene and water-source claims.

Before visiting, confirm the address, opening day, chosen bath or treatment, included facilities, total duration, price, health restrictions and cancellation terms directly with Momiji Onsen & Spa.
