Mind Oasis Antwerp

Mind Oasis Antwerp is an appointment-based Rituals wellbeing concept at Meir 77 in central Antwerp. It is designed around short, technology-assisted relaxation experiences rather than the massage, facial and thermal-circuit menu expected from a conventional day spa. Rituals currently lists Antwerp among its Mind Oasis locations and invites guests to book the in-store experiences online or through the location.

The principal experiences are Brain Massage and Hydro Massage. Rituals describes Brain Massage as an immersive session using sound, scent, guided relaxation and a reclining pod. Hydro Massage takes place on a warm waterbed where pressurised water jets work through the surface of the bed, accompanied by audio and sensory elements. The equipment shown in the inherited gallery matches the distinctive pods and hydro-massage units used in the concept.

These sessions should not be confused with psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or a practitioner-delivered medical massage. The older profile claimed mindfulness coaching, mental-health practitioners and personalised programmes without evidence from the current operator pages. Those statements have been removed. Rituals presents Mind Oasis as a place to slow down, rest and recharge; individual responses will vary and no clinical result should be promised.

The official Belgian customer-service information says Mind Oasis visits are currently by appointment. Booking can be made online, by telephone or in the store. Published payment methods include cash, payment card, Rituals gift cards and Mind Oasis gift cards. Session formats, prices and availability can change, so review the booking screen and cancellation terms before committing. Confirm whether arrival time, clothing guidance, headphones or personal belongings require special preparation.

Rituals publishes specific cautions for the experience. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. People with a history of epilepsy or cardiovascular issues, and pregnant visitors, are advised to consult their doctor before booking a Mind Oasis session. Guests should also tell staff about mobility limitations, sensory sensitivities, claustrophobia, recent surgery or any concern about vibration, light, heat or reclining positions. Stop immediately if an experience causes dizziness, panic, pain, nausea or breathing difficulty.

The venue may suit someone seeking a structured pause during a day in Antwerp, particularly if conventional hands-on massage is not the goal. It may be less suitable for visitors expecting therapist-led bodywork, facials, saunas, pools or changing facilities. The official Mind Oasis material does not document those amenities at Meir 77, so they should not be inferred from the word spa or from the award category.

Four inherited photographs were inspected and all depict the identifiable Rituals Mind Oasis environment and equipment: paired Brain Massage pods, an enclosed relaxation unit, a cocoon-style chair and the hydro-massage area. They provide useful visual context, but the legacy archive contains no photographer credit, capture date or reuse licence. Two more exact, rights-cleared images are needed to reach the six-image standard.

Accessibility details are not comprehensive on the reviewed pages. Anyone needing step-free access, transfer assistance, a particular recline angle, space for a mobility device, captions or reduced sensory intensity should contact the Antwerp team before booking. Ask whether the equipment has height, weight or positioning limits and whether staff can modify light, sound, scent or vibration.

Mind Oasis now also extends to an app and home equipment, but those products are separate from the Antwerp visit. This profile covers the physical in-store experience at Meir 77. It does not imply that app content, retail products or future locations are included in an Antwerp session.
