New Energy Spa Cusco

New Energy Spa Cusco is an operating massage and beauty centre in central Cusco. The business now uses the shorter name New Energy Spa on its official website, while review platforms connect it to the older directory label Masajes Cusco New Energy. The current service mix is broader than massage alone, but it remains a compact day-spa business rather than a hotel resort or medical facility.

The operator's current website organises services into massage and body therapies, facial and body aesthetics, manicure and pedicure, and relaxation and wellbeing. Its featured offers include therapeutic massage, deep-tissue work with reflexology, and a combination using aromatherapy and hot stones. The booking page also mentions Andean exfoliation and sauna sessions. These are menu descriptions, not promises that every service or therapist is available at every hour.

Tripadvisor currently identifies the business at Calle Triunfo 374, office 2 on the second floor, close to Cusco's historic centre. Recent visitor activity and management responses support the same New Energy Spa identity and mention massage, reflexology, manicure, pedicure, facials and sauna. Because search listings also show a newer San Blas location under the same telephone number, clients should request the exact appointment address and map pin before setting out.

The official site advertises a therapeutic option at S/80, deep tissue at S/120 and a Zen Harmony package at S/150. These are online reference offers only. Ask whether the amount includes all taxes, which duration applies, whether card payment carries a surcharge and whether the quoted treatment is available at the selected branch. Do not rely on prices described in old traveller reviews, as menus and exchange rates change.

Appointments are requested online or through the published telephone and WhatsApp contacts. The booking form states that a submitted request is not confirmed until the team replies, and asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. The official footer currently says Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., while one booking-page note gives narrower hours. The direct confirmation should therefore govern.

Cusco visitors often seek massage after walking, trekking or travelling at altitude, but a spa session is not treatment for altitude illness, injury or disease. Anyone with severe headache, breathlessness at rest, chest symptoms, fever, recent surgery, pregnancy, circulation concerns, reduced sensation or skin irritation should obtain appropriate advice and disclose relevant information. Pressure, heat, products and areas to avoid should be agreed before treatment.

The operator publishes +51 902 472 277 and +51 934 726 848, together with [email protected]. For the inherited Triunfo location, guests should expect a second-floor urban venue rather than a ground-level resort entrance. Accessibility, stairs, changing space, shower access, sauna availability and storage for luggage should be confirmed. Arriving early is sensible, but only after the team has confirmed the correct branch.

The retained imported photograph shows a therapist performing a massage in a distinctive treatment room and is consistent with legacy images associated with New Energy Spa. It has no named photographer, capture date or documented reuse licence and remains labelled as a legacy archive image. Five more current, exact and rights-cleared photographs are required for the six-image standard; Tripadvisor, Google and official-site files have not been copied without permission.

Information was checked on 14 August 2026 against New Energy Spa's current website, contact and booking pages, plus current Tripadvisor identity and visitor activity. Location, treatment, duration, price, branch, access and cancellation terms should be reconfirmed directly.
