Le 4 Mains Balma – Toulouse

Le 4 Mains is a specialist wellness-massage studio at 18 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, door 31, in Balma near Toulouse. The inherited record used an old central Toulouse address. The operator states that the business returned to Balma on 1 December 2025 after operating at other Toulouse locations.

The studio focuses on solo, duo and four-hands massage, with relaxing, deep-pressure, sports, Thai, Swedish, Ayurvedic, lomi-lomi, Balinese, prenatal and reflexology options. It also lists facial care and body exfoliation but explicitly says it is not a spa with thermal facilities.

In a four-hands appointment, two practitioners work on one client; a duo four-hands booking uses four practitioners for two clients. Confirm the number of practitioners, technique, pressure and choreography. Clients may request a gentler session rather than accepting strong pressure by default.

The official site lists Monday–Saturday appointments around 09:30–21:30 and Sunday 10:00–20:00, including public holidays with a surcharge. The telephone is +33 6 24 36 69 44 and the email is [email protected]. Reservation is required.

Published 2026 first-visit prices begin at €53 for 30 minutes and €75 for 60 minutes for moderate-pressure solo massage. Duo prices equal two solo services and four-hands prices reflect two practitioners. Confirm the current price, loyalty eligibility, holiday surcharge, deposit and cancellation rule.

The operator allows additional time for consultation, changing and personalisation. Disclose pregnancy, surgery, injury, osteoporosis, neurological symptoms, medications and conditions affected by pressure or stretching. Stop immediately if there is sharp pain, numbness, dizziness or breathing difficulty.

These are professional wellness massages, not medical or erotic services. Massage does not replace diagnosis, physiotherapy or medical care. For persistent pain or acute symptoms, seek an appropriately qualified clinician rather than relying on promotional benefit claims.

The Balma studio advertises reserved parking and access by bus from Toulouse. Ask about step-free entry, door widths, accessible toilets, treatment-table height, shower access and space for a companion. The exact room may depend on solo or duo format.

The inherited treatment-room image appears to come from an earlier location and cannot document the current Balma premises. It is removed. Official current photography exists, but republication rights were not established. Six rights-cleared images remain required.

Information was checked on 14 August 2026. Reconfirm the Balma entrance, practitioner count, massage format, duration, price, holiday surcharge, accessibility and cancellation terms directly with Le 4 Mains.

Do not arrive substantially early because the studio allocates consultation and changing time around the appointment. If travelling as a pair, confirm whether both consultations begin together and whether different techniques or pressure levels can be selected.

Because the business has moved more than once, save the current Balma address in the booking confirmation and do not follow an older map pin, directory entry or photograph. Ask for the door number, parking position and instructions from the nearest bus stop. Gift vouchers should be checked for validity, named service, supplements and location before travel. If a preferred practitioner or four-hands team is important, request that detail explicitly; a confirmed time alone does not establish that every advertised format is available.
