Hammam Eden Marseille

Hammam Eden Marseille is a traditional hammam and treatment venue at 18 Boulevard Garibaldi in Marseille’s first arrondissement. It combines a steam-bath journey with black-soap exfoliation, relaxation space, massage, facial and selected beauty services.

The basic entry is advertised as a one-hour hammam session. Rituals add a traditional kessa-style body scrub with black soap, an argan-oil salt or sugar exfoliation, clay wrap, facial care or massage depending on the chosen formula.

The official menu also lists stand-alone massages of thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes and duo options. Prices are published online, but they can change; the final booking confirmation should govern the chosen date and service.

Hammam access is organised through scheduled categories. The current home page mainly publishes women’s hours and mentions special couples evenings. Do not assume that a mixed, men’s or family session is available at any time without confirming it.

The venue accepts children within specified ages and publishes a child rate, but supervision, designated time slots and age rules can change. Contact reception before arriving with a child rather than relying solely on the general menu.

The correct address is 18 Boulevard Garibaldi, 13001 Marseille, not the former directory address on Rue d’Aubagne. The direct telephone is +33 4 91 54 17 82 and the contact page lists [email protected].

Published hours vary by day and by session category, with some evening openings. Select the exact date and audience category in the reservation channel. Private events can also affect ordinary access.

Bring or rent the required items according to the current instructions. The menu lists towel rental and the sale of gloves and black soap, while some packages include products. Ask whether swimwear, sandals, robe, locker and toiletries are required or supplied.

Read cancellation, voucher, late-arrival and group conditions before payment. Event packages and private bookings can have different deposits or notice periods from a basic entry or individual massage.

Steam and rapid temperature change can be unsuitable for pregnancy, cardiovascular or blood-pressure conditions, acute illness, recent surgery and heat sensitivity. Seek individual medical advice where relevant and leave the hammam if dizzy or unwell.

Before scrubbing, wrapping, massage or facial care, disclose allergies, medication, skin conditions, recent waxing, sunburn, injury and sensitive areas. Ask for gentler exfoliation when appropriate and stop if there is burning or broken skin.

Claims about circulation, respiratory clearing, detoxification or muscular recovery are not guaranteed clinical outcomes. A hammam is a wellness service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Guests requiring step-free access, adapted changing, shower seating or assistance on wet surfaces should contact the venue before reserving. Historic urban premises can have circulation constraints that promotional photographs do not show.

The profile currently has one published image and needs five more for the six-media standard. No images will be copied from the operator or booking sites until an authorised rights holder provides provenance and reuse permission.

For a reliable visit, confirm the session category, one-hour access window, treatment duration, supplied kit and cancellation rules. The listing no longer claims a jacuzzi or sauna because the current official site substantiates the hammam but not those former directory details.
