evian SPA TOKYO

evian SPA TOKYO is the spa at Palace Hotel Tokyo in Marunouchi. The official hotel page places the facility on the fifth floor and gives it an area of 1,200 square metres. Its design and treatment language draw on the French Alps and the evian brand, while the practical offering combines treatment rooms, relaxation areas, wet facilities, a pool and fitness spaces.

The treatment rooms are named after peaks in the Alps. Separate relaxation lounges and wet areas are provided for men and women. These facilities are distinct from a booked treatment, so visitors should confirm which areas their reservation includes and whether access differs for hotel guests, external clients or membership holders.

The current treatment page groups services into four families: Celestial, Mineral, Precious and Vitalizing. It also lists facial care, body treatments, combined face-and-body services, rituals, warew treatments and maternity options. Menus can change; ask the spa to confirm the current protocol, duration, products and therapist availability for the intended date.

Brands identified by the hotel include Anne Semonin, Omnisens and the Japanese line warew. Product use can vary by service. Guests with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures or other relevant conditions should disclose them in advance and request an ingredient check rather than assuming that a named product is suitable.

The hotel states that in-house guests have access to the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. This does not establish that every treatment client receives the same access. Pool, fitness, sauna, bath and relaxation privileges should be confirmed separately, along with age rules, clothing requirements and any periods reserved for hotel guests.

The Japanese spa page currently publishes reception hours of 06:30 to 22:00 and a direct spa-reception number, 03-3211-5298. Treatment hours can be narrower than reception or facility hours. Ask for the exact start and finish times available on the chosen day, especially for early-morning or evening plans.

Weekend morning yoga is also promoted by the property, subject to schedule and booking conditions. It should be treated as a separate activity unless the spa confirms otherwise. Participants should ask where the class is held, what equipment is supplied, the language of instruction and whether hotel residency is required.

The address is Palace Hotel Tokyo, 1-1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0005, Japan. The spa publishes [email protected] for enquiries and +81 3 3211 5298 for reception. The hotel's general number, +81 3 3211 5211, can provide assistance if the spa desk is unavailable.

Before booking, request the current menu and price, treatment duration, arrival guidance, cancellation terms and complete list of facility inclusions. If pool or wet-area access is important, ask about planned maintenance. Palace Hotel Tokyo separately publishes operational advisories, and a treatment appointment alone should not be taken as confirmation that every amenity is open.

The operator describes treatment themes around mineral enrichment, rejuvenation and vitality. Those are wellness concepts, not guarantees of a medical or lasting result. This profile therefore omits unsupported claims about curing pain, specialist medical expertise or outcomes from light exposure. Health questions should be discussed with an appropriately qualified professional.

This information was reviewed against Palace Hotel Tokyo's current official spa and treatment pages on 30 August 2026. Verify the final schedule directly before visiting, because treatment menus, yoga sessions, access rules and maintenance periods can change after the review date.
