SAYANNA Wellness & SPA is the expansive wellness retreat housed within the EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel. Spanning 1,700 m², it’s one of Lisbon’s largest hotel spa centres, designed as a serene urban sanctuary just minutes from Avenida da Liberdade.
The spa is illuminated with natural light over a central 14-metre vitality pool complete with water cascades and relaxation loungers. The décor blends warm browns, soft wood panels, and floral Asian-style accents to create a subtly luxurious ambience.
Wellness spaces feature a thermal wet area with sauna, Turkish bath, ice fountain, and sensory showers. The spa experience is enhanced by a dedicated relaxation lounge and a private double treatment suite with a bath.
There are seven therapy rooms offering a wide-ranging treatment menu using brands like Aromatherapy Associates and MCCM Medical Cosmetics. Signature offerings include aromatherapy, Ayurvedic massage, hot stone, deep-tissue, facial, body scrubs, and slimming therapies.
