Spa Resort Sanssouci is a distinguished spa resort situated just outside Karlovy Vary’s historic center, nestled in tranquil forest surroundings. The complex comprises three interlinked buildings, Blue House, Green House, and Villa Mercedes, connected by an underground corridor and offering seamless access to wellness and accommodation facilities.
Guests benefit from its proximity to the Geyser, Mill, and Garden colonnades, just 1 to 1.6 km away, with complimentary shuttle service provided for spa program visitors. The peaceful location allows guests to enjoy a wellness escape while remaining close to the heart of the city.
Treatments are organized in the central wellness centre and Villa Mercedes, using thermal water from the Geyser spring brought directly to the facilities. Medical spa offerings address digestive, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions. Therapeutic procedures include mud packs, paraffin wraps, carboxytherapy, magnetotherapy, inhalations, and BioCon pelvic magnetic stimulation coupled with the Kneipp pathway.
Wellness amenities include a 16.5 × 8 m heated indoor pool with hydromassage jets, waterfall feature, whirlpool tub, Finnish and steam saunas, and a salt grotto. Guests can also enjoy a Jacuzzi and relaxation spaces throughout the spa zone, offering rejuvenation through water and heat therapies.
Spa Resort Sanssouci offers flexible wellness packages, from classic spa weekends to antistress and CBD-Hemp stays, with half-board dining, medical consultation, and multiple daily treatments. Children’s programs are also available, making it ideal for both individual wellness seekers and families.
