Best Massage Cusco

Best Massage Cusco is an independent massage and beauty studio at Calle Arequipa 251 in central Cusco, about half a block from the Plaza de Armas according to its current travel-platform listing. The address is consistent across the operator’s website, official social hub and Tripadvisor profile. The business publishes +51 974 428 070 as its principal contact, with +51 974 513 633 as an additional number, and provides a WhatsApp link for appointment enquiries.

The clearest first-party menu currently presents shiatsu, facial massage and hot-stone massage. The operator’s social hub also identifies therapeutic and relaxing massage, facial treatments, manicure and pedicure as service categories. Tripadvisor’s business description refers to an infrared dry sauna for couples and a hot shower. This is an appointment-led urban studio rather than a resort spa; guests should confirm exactly which facilities and treatments are included in the service they select.

Service wording on the official site includes broad claims about energy, vitality, circulation and other health effects. These are the operator’s promotional descriptions, not independently verified medical evidence. Spa Awards does not interpret the word “therapeutic” as proof of diagnosis, regulated clinical treatment or a guaranteed outcome. Ask the therapist to explain the technique, pressure, products, heat and expected level of undressing, and choose a comfort-focused option if a stronger format is not appropriate.

Current Tripadvisor information lists opening hours from 09:00 to 22:00 every day, while another directory has previously shown an 08:00 opening. Because the official site does not publish a complete schedule, confirm the appointment time directly and rely on the written WhatsApp response. Published prices on the website are marked as available on request. Before attending, verify the duration, total price in Peruvian soles, whether sauna or shower access is included, the payment method, and the cancellation or lateness policy.

The central location makes the studio convenient after sightseeing, but Cusco’s altitude and a full day of walking can affect how a guest feels. Massage, sauna heat and dehydration do not treat altitude illness. Anyone experiencing severe headache, shortness of breath at rest, confusion, fainting or worsening symptoms should seek appropriate medical help rather than booking a wellness treatment. Eat and hydrate according to personal medical advice, and avoid arriving intoxicated or immediately after strenuous exertion.

Pregnancy, recent surgery, acute injury, fever, skin conditions, circulatory concerns, reduced sensation, medication and any condition affected by pressure, stretching or heat should be disclosed before treatment. Hot stones and infrared heat can create additional temperature and skin-sensitivity risks. Ask whether products contain fragrance or ingredients you avoid, request clean linens and stop a session if there is unexpected pain, dizziness, numbness or irritation. A facial, manicure or pedicure should likewise use hygienic tools and products appropriate for the client.

Tripadvisor reviews frequently describe post-trekking visits, couple treatments and a calm environment, but reviews remain individual experiences rather than proof that every appointment will be identical. Guests booking for two should confirm whether sessions are simultaneous, whether the same room is used and whether the advertised duration includes changing or consultation time. The reviewed sources do not establish practitioner licensing, languages for every shift, step-free entry, accessible toilets or adjustable tables; contact the studio in advance for any accommodation requirement.

The inherited hero photograph has been removed because visible branding appears to belong to another Cusco spa and the image could not be verified as Best Massage Cusco. The public gallery therefore has no approved image. Six current, rights-cleared photographs are required: exterior signage, reception, two treatment rooms, the sauna or shower area and an accessibility or arrival view. No images were copied from the operator, Tripadvisor, Google or social platforms. Information was checked on 15 August 2026.
