Balancez U

Balancez U The Body Workshop at Kampung Admiralty is a neighbourhood massage and reflexology practice at 676B Woodlands Drive 71, #01-16, Singapore 730676. The business currently lists this Woodlands outlet alongside its Yishun Central location and says it has served the community since 2008. Its positioning is practical and treatment-led rather than that of a resort spa: guests come for traditional bodywork, foot treatments and focused add-ons in a local setting.

The current official menu centres on foot reflexology, back massage, full-body massage and combined foot-and-back sessions. It also lists traditional modalities including Jamu, Bojin, Moxibustion and Gua Sha, with cupping and other short therapies available as add-ons. These labels describe the operator's service menu; they should not be read as a promise to diagnose, cure or prevent a health condition.

First-time prices are published separately for the two outlets, so visitors should select Kampung Admiralty when checking an offer. At the time of review, the official site showed a 60-minute full-body massage from S$55, a 90-minute session from S$76, a 60-minute foot reflexology session from S$38 and combined foot-and-back options from S$50. Prices are stated as nett in Singapore dollars because the business is not GST-registered. Confirm the chosen duration, therapist, promotion and total cost before the session, as menus and introductory offers can change.

The Kampung Admiralty outlet publishes daily opening hours of 11:00 to 22:00 and telephone number +65 6261 1171. The brand also provides a central WhatsApp booking number, +65 8855 6996, and says walk-ins are welcome while recommending advance contact when a guaranteed slot is important. Cash, NETS, PayNow and GrabPay are listed as accepted payment methods. Ask whether the selected promotion has residency, first-visit or payment restrictions.

This profile should set accurate expectations. Balancez U is not documented as a hotel spa, medical clinic or hydrotherapy complex, and the official site does not advertise pools, saunas or luxury wet facilities. Its strength is a focused menu of massage and reflexology delivered through a small two-outlet business. Anyone seeking private spa suites, facials, extensive thermal facilities or a full-day retreat should confirm availability rather than infer those features from the award category.

Before a session, explain preferred pressure, sensitive areas, recent injuries and any relevant medical or pregnancy considerations. Some traditional techniques can involve firm pressure, scraping, heat or suction. Ask what a named modality involves, who will provide it and whether it is suitable for you. Stop the treatment if you experience sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, breathing difficulty or unusual discomfort. Massage and reflexology are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical assessment.

Accessibility details are not comprehensively published. Kampung Admiralty is an integrated community complex, but visitors who require step-free access, an accessible toilet, a wider treatment area, transfer assistance or a particular table height should contact the outlet directly. Also confirm whether treatment spaces are private or shared and whether a therapist of a preferred gender can be requested.

Four inherited images were reviewed individually. Three show identifiable Balancez U premises or service activity. One computer-rendered salon interior did not match the photographed outlet and has been removed from the public gallery. The remaining archive images have no documented photographer credit or reuse licence, and three additional exact, rights-cleared images are still needed to meet the six-image standard.

Information was checked on 14 August 2026 against the official site and a current directory listing. Reconfirm hours, prices, treatment suitability, accessibility and booking terms directly with the Kampung Admiralty outlet before travelling.
