Hürlimannbad & Spa Zürich

Hürlimannbad & Spa Zürich is a public thermal bath and urban day spa at Brandschenkestrasse 150, set within the vaulted spaces of Zurich's former Hürlimann brewery. The corrected identity matters: the spa is adjacent to B2 Hotel Zürich and shares the historic brewery complex, but it is operated as Hürlimannbad & Spa Zürich rather than as a private hotel spa.

The thermal-bath area uses Aqui spring mineral water and combines restored masonry vaults with contemporary bathing facilities. This ritual is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. General thermal-bath access has different age rules, including accompanied children's hours, which should be checked when reserving.

The current treatment programme includes massages, wet exfoliation, full-body wraps and combined day-spa packages. One published Hürlimann Relax package combines the Roman-Irish ritual and thermal-bath access with a sea-buckthorn peeling massage, a choice of rhassoul or chalk body wrap, a milk-and-herbal-compress massage and a small refreshment. Inclusions, durations and prices are package-specific and should be confirmed at checkout.

Published regular hours are 09:00 to 22:00 daily, with bathing ending thirty minutes before closing. The operator also schedules an annual summer maintenance period and may publish special hours. A reserved admission time applies only to the selected date and time, and the official booking terms state that missed reservations are not refunded. Treatment guests may be advised to arrive well before the appointment to use the bathing areas.

B2 Hotel guests can obtain a reduced public-spa entry through the hotel, but admission is not automatically included in every room rate. The hotel explicitly describes Hürlimannbad as its neighbour. Directory users should therefore book the correct product with the correct operator and should not expect hotel-room privileges, spa access or a treatment to be bundled unless the confirmation says so.
