Au Bien-être des 5 Sens Marseille

Au Bien-être des 5 Sens is an independent day spa at 1 Rue Saint-Saëns, close to Marseille’s Vieux-Port. This corrects the migrated profile, which listed a different street. The official business site and Marseille tourism office both identify the Saint-Saëns address.

The venue presents two distinct private wellness areas rather than one open communal circuit. One combines a three-place Jacuzzi, a two-seat infrared sauna, a multi-jet shower, a refreshment corner and a small outdoor space. The second combines a three-seat traditional hammam, a two-place reclining infrared sauna, showers and a refreshment area. Guests should specify which area they want because the equipment differs.

The official facilities page says robes, towels, shower caps, slippers and shower gel are supplied, while guests should bring swimwear. Preparation, showering and changing are included within the reserved duration. Confirm the maximum group size, accessibility, privacy arrangement and exact start and finish times before payment.

The public menu includes personalised wellbeing massage, duo massage, focused 30-minute back, leg and cranial sessions, hot-stone massage, foot reflexology and combined spa-and-massage formats. The business also lists hypnosis, energy-oriented and other complementary practices. Those services should be understood as wellbeing offerings, not medical diagnosis or guaranteed treatment of a health condition.

Prices and packages are published online and may change. Read the selected product carefully to distinguish a private-area booking from a hands-on treatment. Confirm whether the price covers one, two or three guests, whether massage time is consecutive or simultaneous, and what cancellation or late-arrival rules apply.

The fixed telephone is +33 9 52 86 37 94. The official site states opening hours of Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 20:00, but appointment availability can differ. Online purchases can be issued as downloadable gift vouchers, and gift boxes are described as valid for two years. Verify the current validity and refund conditions before purchase.

Tell the practitioner about pregnancy, recent surgery, acute injury, skin infection, circulatory concerns, heat sensitivity or any medical restriction relevant to massage, hammam, Jacuzzi or infrared sauna. Heat exposure is optional and should be stopped if it causes dizziness, breathlessness or discomfort. Ask for modified pressure and positioning when needed.

Access details should be confirmed directly, especially because the facilities are arranged over more than one level. Ask about stairs, treatment-table transfer, shower access, seating, toilet access and whether a companion can assist. Consent should cover treatment areas, pressure and any use of oils.

The retained migrated photograph shows a twin treatment room attributed to this business by the former Spa Awards archive. It has no named photographer, explicit reuse licence or current-property verification. It remains as a legacy reference with that limitation and should not imply that every booking uses this room.

Five additional current, exact and rights-cleared photographs are still required. No image was copied from the business site, Google, Tripadvisor or the tourism office. Information was checked on 14 August 2026; reconfirm services, prices, schedules, accessibility and policies directly before visiting.

Because the spa is intentionally intimate, confirm whether another party will be present anywhere in the premises and how personal belongings are secured. For duo massage, ask whether both practitioners use the same technique and whether separate preferences can be accommodated.
