Amber Spa at Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas

Amber Spa is the boutique spa inside Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas on Harbour Drive. The inherited record incorrectly placed it at the British Colonial Hilton on Bay Street. Current pages from Warwick and Amber Spa confirm the Paradise Island location, telephone +1 242 363 1218 and daily opening from 09:00 to 18:00.

The hotel describes four treatment rooms and personalised services for resort guests, visitors staying elsewhere and Bahamas residents. Complimentary parking is advertised for spa appointments. This wider access means a hotel stay is not necessarily required, but outside guests should confirm resort-entry instructions, identification requirements and exactly which hotel amenities are included.

The current menu spans massage, facials, body care, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hair and make-up. The booking platform also lists couples services and treatments at Mermaid's Lookout overlooking Nassau Harbour. An outdoor or viewpoint appointment can be affected by weather, privacy and heat, so request the proposed setting and fallback arrangement.

The spa website states that appointments require a 50% deposit or full payment to be confirmed, while promotions require full payment and are non-refundable. It also describes cashless payment and asks for government-issued identification. Obtain the current cancellation, late-arrival, no-show and refund terms in writing before paying.

Published treatment prices and promotional offers can change. Ask for an itemised quotation in Bahamian or US dollars covering the service, duration, enhancements, gratuity, taxes, facility access and any couples or location surcharge. A booking request is not final until the spa confirms the practitioner, time and payment.

Before massage, facial or body care, disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injury, allergies, skin sensitivity, medications and conditions affected by pressure or ingredients. Agree on massage pressure and stop if a treatment causes pain, burning, numbness, dizziness or breathing difficulty. Spa services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

For facials, waxing, hair or nail work, request an ingredient or patch-test discussion when relevant. Tell the technician about recent peels, retinoids, sunburn, skin procedures or known product reactions. Paradise Island sun exposure can increase sensitivity, so ask about suitable timing and aftercare.

Accessibility information is limited. Confirm step-free access from parking or resort reception, doorway widths, accessible toilets, treatment-table height and the route to Mermaid's Lookout. Also ask whether the spa is adults-only under hotel policy or whether selected services accept younger guests with consent.

The inherited pool image does not depict Amber Spa's documented four-room facility and cannot be matched to current Warwick photography. It is removed. Official photographs exist but no reuse licence was established. Six current, rights-cleared images remain required.

Information was checked on 14 August 2026. Reconfirm the Warwick entrance, visitor access, treatment setting, total price, deposit, cancellation terms, accessibility and image permissions directly with Amber Spa.

Allow travel time for the bridge or local transport to Paradise Island and arrive early for resort reception. For a treatment scheduled around a flight, cruise call or hotel transfer, leave enough buffer for traffic, changing and payment. Confirm what happens if severe weather affects an outdoor appointment and whether the service can move indoors without an additional charge.
