Alysium Day Spa at Hilton Sydney

Alysium Day Spa is located inside Hilton Sydney at 488 George Street in the centre of the city. The spa is also connected with the Premier Fitness Centre, making it possible to combine a booked treatment with access to the hotel and fitness facilities described by the operator.

The official site lists a 25-metre indoor pool, saunas, a spa pool and a fitness centre. Facility access is presented as part of the treatment experience, but visitors should still confirm what is included with their chosen booking, especially when purchasing a promotion, voucher or shorter service.

The treatment menu spans massage, hot-stone treatments, aromatherapy, facials, body wraps and scrubs. Alysium also promotes a jet-lag treatment and experiences intended for couples and groups. The menu changes over time, so this dossier does not reproduce temporary prices or package inclusions.

This is a hotel-based day spa rather than a separate resort. Guests do not need to assume that an overnight hotel stay is required, but they should confirm entry instructions and whether reception, changing facilities or pool access have any separate conditions.

Published working hours are 09:00 to 19:00 every day, with public-holiday hours of 10:00 to 16:00. Hours, treatment availability and facility access can change, so same-day visitors should contact the spa before travelling.

The official contact number is +61 2 9273 8808 and the published email address is [email protected]. Online booking is available through the operator's booking provider, while the spa also accepts booking enquiries.

Alysium asks guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment. This allows time for check-in and consultation and reduces the risk that a late arrival shortens the appointment.

The operator publishes a 48-hour cancellation policy for standard bookings and asks for at least three hours' notice for same-day appointments. Group bookings have longer notice requirements. Confirm the exact policy shown at checkout because promotions, packages and group reservations may differ.

Before a massage, facial, wrap or scrub, disclose pregnancy, allergies, recent procedures, injuries, medication and any health condition that could affect product choice, pressure, heat or positioning. Ask the therapist to adapt or stop a treatment if anything feels unsuitable.

Some official treatment descriptions use broad wellness language. They should be read as hospitality and relaxation descriptions rather than guarantees of a medical, detoxifying or therapeutic outcome.

Guests planning to use the pool, sauna or fitness facilities should ask what to bring, where to change and whether use is recommended before or after the selected treatment. Heat facilities may not be suitable for every visitor.

For couples or groups, confirm whether treatments occur at the same time, whether a private room is guaranteed and how facility access is coordinated. A booking labelled for two people does not automatically establish every inclusion.

The central George Street location is convenient for public transport and city stays, but Hilton Sydney is a large building. Allow time to enter the hotel and locate the spa rather than treating the street address as the treatment-room entrance.

Gift vouchers and monthly promotions are sold separately. Check expiry, blackout dates, refund conditions, booking lead time and any public-holiday surcharge before purchase.

One archived image is currently attached to this directory profile. Five additional reusable, accurately attributed Alysium photographs are still required; images visible on the operator's site have not been copied without documented permission.

The former generic profile has been replaced because it did not distinguish this Sydney property, its verified facilities or its actual booking conditions. Information was checked against the operator's current pages on 14 August 2026.

Before visiting, confirm the treatment, duration, practitioner availability, total price, facility access, arrival time and cancellation terms directly with Alysium Day Spa.
