The inherited award record called the venue Alma Spa, but the hotel now consistently presents its wellness facility as Aurum Spa; Alma is the hotel’s restaurant and also appears in combined dining-and-spa experiences. The current name is used on this directory profile while the original award-result name remains preserved in the historical record.

The spa sits within Casa San Agustín, a boutique hotel formed from three restored houses. Its official address is Centro, Calle de la Universidad No. 36-44, Cartagena de Indias. Current information from sister property Casa Pestagua says the spa is open to hotel guests, travellers and local residents, rather than being restricted to overnight guests. Aurum’s defining facility is its hammam.
